Pricing
All prices is per property and not per person including air-conditioning and are calculated in Euros € You will be charged for the number of nights that you book at the property. If your booking straddles a period where the rates differ, the cost of the accommodation will be calculated based on the number of nights that you stay in each price bracket. We reserve the right to correct errors in both advertised and confirmed prices and we will do so as soon as we become aware of the error.
Accommodation prices may have changed since you made the booking date to your departure date and this may be because of a periodic price increase or a special offer 'sale price'. The price that was stated at the time of booking (subject to any correction of errors) is the price that is payable and this will not increase or decrease regardless of the current property pricing for the period in question. Special offers discounts will be deducted from the advertised weekly rental rate. Where the dates of travel may attract two discounts (i.e. last minute discount and long stay discount) only one (the highest) discount will be deducted from the rental rate.
Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed booking, you must notify us by email. Whilst we will endeavour to meet your requirements, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet any such requests.
